Booking a Service visit
If you would like to book a service visit from one of our Engineers you have two options:

You have the option to book your service visit on-line.
To book on-line please complete the form at the bottom of this
page and click the 'Submit' button. |
Once you have clicked the 'Submit' button an Email will be sent to our Service Desk staff who will receive an alert informing them you have sent details of a service issue to us electronically.
What happens next?
- Our aim is to have all repairs completed within 24 hours of you logging the incident with us.
- To help us achieve this aim we may require additional information about the problem.
- If more information is required you will receive a phone call back from one of our support staff who will go through some basic questions over the phone to help diagnose the problem.
- Following the fault diagnosis stage one of our Service Engineers will be scheduled to attend your premises (if this is required) to repair the problem.
