• We carry out a free site survey to make sure the location is suitable for the equipment you require. 
• We ask you to sign a 1-year minimum contract.
• The equipment is then installed and connected to the services already in the laundry room by our Engineers.  
• Our Engineers commission and test the equipment.
• Your rental payments are taken monthly by direct debit.
• At the start of month 13 your monthly rental payment reduces by 25% and you pay the new reduced amount each month.
• At the start of month 25 your monthly payment reduces by a further 25% and you pay this new reduced amount each month for as long as you require the equipment.
• The pay-as-you-go rental service is designed to offer customers a rental option without having to sign a long-term contract. 
• The pay-as-you-go rental service is guaranteed to save you money compared with a standard rental contract.  For example, for a typical 10Kg washer the pay-as-you-go service will save you in excess of £1,000 over a 5 year period compared with a standard 5 year rental contract.
  

pay-as-you-go rental service:

• The minimum term is 12 months after which time you can cancel the rental service giving 3 months notice without any cancellation fees.
• Installation is chargeable, however after installation there is no limit to the number of service callouts.
• All service callouts, parts and labour are free of charge.
• After the first 12 months you can give 3 months notice at any time to cancel your rental service - we will then arrange for one of our engineers to de-commission and remove the equipment free of charge.
